Children’s National Medical Center (CNMC) of Washington has selected eClinicalWorks (Westborough, Mass.) unified EMR and practice management software

Children’s National Medical Center (CNMC) of Washington has selected eClinicalWorks (Westborough, Mass.) unified EMR and practice management software product for its Children’s IQ Network. Community pediatricians will be connected to Children’s National Medical Center through their eClinicalWorks EMR.

According to the company, Children’s IQ Network will use eClinicalWorks Electronic Health eXchange community health record to connect public schools, foster care programs and mobile medical vans as well as state immunizations registries, commercial labs and other regional healthcare providers. The company says this connection will be the first of its kind in the Washington, Maryland and Virginia region.

Located in Washington, Children’s National Medical Center has been serving the nation’s children for more than 135 years.
