First Consulting Group (FCG), a provider of outsourcing, systems implementation and integration services, has released FirstPortfolio, an offering that allows health plans to add third-party software tools.
According to FCG (Alpharetta, Ga.), FirstPortfolio is a customizable collection of applications that will be hosted and maintained by FCG for its health plan and other payer clients. FirstPortfolio is designed to reduce financial risk and the capital required to implement new functionality, says the company.
The first two applications within the FirstPortfolio offering are ACom3 Commission and Incentive Compensation System, provided by Actek (Philadelphia), and Self-Service Electronic Billing and Settlement application, provided by Avolent (San Francisco).
