Philips Unveils OB Ultrasound Reporting

Netherlands-based Philips is introducing Smart Results OB reporting and image management solutions to help streamline a practice’s workflow and prevent entry errors, it says.

The solution is designed to increase efficiency by integrating and automating the workflow process, according to the company. Smart Results OB takes data from an ultrasound system and automatically populates report fields to help save time and prevent entry errors. Reports can be shared with referring physicians via email or fax, and completed reports can be stored to an EMR system or PACS, it says.
