Houston, Texas-based RediClinic has selected Watertown, Mass.-based athenahealth’s on-demand business services.
The company says RediClinic will use athenaCollectorSM at each of its locations for revenue cycle management. A select number of RediClinics will also use athenahealth’s electronic medical record (EMR) service, athenaClinicalsSM.
RediClinics are in-store healthcare facilities that offer consumers access to health services. The clinics are staffed by certified nurse practitioners who work with local physicians to diagnose, treat and prescribe medications for common conditions, such as earaches, strep throat and upper respiratory infections.
