The Baltimore-based Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) is granting federal matching funds to four states, as well as Puerto Rico, for planning activities necessary to implement the EHR incentive program under ARRA.

As part of ARRA, CMS awarded the following:

  • $3.53 million to Oregon
  • $967,000 to Washington state
  • $405,000 to New Mexico
