McLeod to Deploy EDIS

McLeod Health, a 12-county care provider based in Florence, S.C., has selected the EmergisoftED EDIS) for its facilities.

The EDIS will be interfaced with Munich-based Siemens Invision to facilitate the transfer of real-time patient information and clinical data, says the company. The system will also interface with the Tuscon, Ariz.-based Sunquest lab system for real-time lab results status and alerting.
