Ulleval University Hospital in Oslo, Norway is implementing SpeechMagic from Vienna, Austria-based Philips as its speech recognition software.

After piloting the speech recognition system in its radiology department, Ulleval opted to deploy it across the system in hopes that it will increase the quality of medical reports, speed up documentation workflows and reduce administrative costs, according to the company.
