Eclipsys Corporation (Atlanta) has hired Cosmo Battinelli as senior vice president of product support services.
According to the company, Battinelli will lead all aspects of Eclipsys’ global product support operations and will be charged with refining processes to optimize and streamline client support. He will report to John McAuley, Eclipsys’ senior vice president and general manger of outsourcing and support.
Battinelli joins Eclipsys having held various executive positions focused on global product support, product development, network services and computer and data center operations. Most recently he served as vice president of global customer care, global release management and support training at Symantec Corporation.
