Group Health Cooperative (Madison, Wis.) is deploying the My Patient Passport Express kiosk from Mequon, Wis.-based D2 Sales, LLC for its patient check-in program.

The kiosk enables patients to check-in, make future appointments, and update their medical history using a touch-screen kiosk with HIPAA-compliant custom privacy overlay. Patients at Group Health will also be able to use their credit card to make co-pay payments and sign documents using the integrated electronic signature pad, according to the company.

Group Health Cooperative of South Central Wisconsin is a not-for-profit, member-owned cooperative serving more than 60,000 members in Dane County and South Central Wisconsin.
