Neighborhood Healthcare, a community health organization located in Escondido, Calif., is deploying Westborough, Mass.-based eClinicalWorks’ unified EMR and practice management (PM) solution to streamline processes among its 11 locations and improve patient care while reducing costs, says the company.
The organization is also rolling out eClinicalWorks Enterprise Business Optimizer, which uses meta-data to give the practice more flexibility through the creation of customized reports and by performing clinical and financial analysis, it touts.
Neighborhood Healthcare employs 450 people and provides medical, dental and wellness promotion to 65,000 patients per year, including 20,000 children who might otherwise go without care. Its 11 health centers are located throughout San Diego and Riverside counties.
