Nyack Hospital, located in Nyack, N.Y., has adopted the 30-Minute Service Standard from Dallas-based Emergisoft Corporation to eliminate long wait times, overcrowding and patients leaving without being seen.

The hospital set a standard that states that patient care from medical professionals will begin within thirty minutes. EmergisoftED says it contributes to the success of the standard by providing Real-Time data so each department in the hospital can track a patient’s status.
