Intermedix Acquires HRA

Intermedix Corporation (Fort Lauderdale, Fla), a technology-based services firm for emergency providers, has acquired the assets of San Diego-based HRA Medical Management, Inc. (HRA).

HRA has provided emergency physician and hospitalist billing services to medical practice groups for more than 15 years and serves clients in California and Nevada, says the company.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
