Ontario-based Trillium Health Centre installed ConnexALL technology from GlobeStar Systems, Inc. (Toronto) in its 763 bed, two-site hospital to improve communication between Philips’ patient monitors and telemetry packs and Cisco VoIP wireless photos.

Through the implementation, the facility aims to make it easier for clinical staff to monitor patients at Trillium’s Queensway West location, according to the company. ConnexALL ensures instant notification by integrating Philips and Cisco communication tools, it touts.

Trillium is also installing a Rauland-Borg Responder IV nurse call system is also being deployed in its new seven-story, 136-bed west wing.
