Meaningful Use Comment Period Ends Soon

The comment period for the proposed rule on the EHR incentive programs, which includes the definition of meaningful use and other requirements for qualifying for payments, will close on Monday, March 15.

As part of the HITECH Act, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS, Baltimore) will accept comments submitted through www.regulations.gov.
