St. Luke's Magic Valley Medical Center, a multi-specialty, 213-bed hospital in Twin Falls, Idaho, has fully implemented the complete suite of medical record workflow software from Burlington, Mass.-based eWebHealth.

St. Luke’s has transitioned its medical records from paper to electronic files to allow its health information management staff and physicians simultaneous, remote access to patient records in order to improve workflow and decrease delinquent records, says the company.

The eWebHealth Suite contributed to a 15.5% reduction in chart delinquencies after just a few short months of use, it touts.
