Francisco Partners Acquiring API Software
Francisco Partners II, L.P., a technology-focused private equity firm based in San Francisco, has agreed to purchase Hartford, Wis.-based API Software, Inc., a provider of labor management solutions for healthcare.
The transaction is expected to close within approximately 30 days following the satisfaction of customary closing conditions, according to API Software. J.P. Fingado, a former executive with Cerner Corporation, will serve as president at CEO.
