The CHIME Foundation Board of Trustees has named Barbara Sivek, director of Industry Relations for Siemens Healthcare in Malvern, Pa., as its newest elected official. The CHIME Foundation supports the Ann Arbor, Mich.-based College of Healthcare Information Management Executives in its educational programs and activities.
Sivek has more than 25 years experience in the healthcare industry. Her background includes beta implementations of clinical and departmental system solutions, experience managing customer and field education, oversight of corporate identity transition program, and experience managing Siemens Industry relations with various organizations.
Sivek’s three-year term with the CHIME Foundation begins January 1, 2009.
