Cleveland Clinic’s Glickman Urology & Kidney Institute is collaborating with Versus’ real-time location information system, VISion.

Traverse City, Mich.-based Versus touts the collaboration will develop and document clinic best practices through increased efficiencies, automatic data capture, event automation, and system integrations. The goal of the initiative, it says, is to transform the Cleveland, Ohio-based clinic’s processes by improving patient safety and satisfaction while reducing unnecessary expenditures related to time spent searching and waiting.

By using technology to automate routine tasks, Versus says errors in data entry will be reduced or prevented.
