Mobile Infirmary Medical Center (Mobile, Ala.), a 700 bed facility, has selected PatientWorks' patient ID and enterprise electronic forms software, in an effort to improve its document printing needs.

According to PatientWorks, a division of NewBold Corporation, its software can integrate with any HIS, EMR or imaging system to facilitate registration, ancillary and billing workflows.

PatientWorks enables the user to build a print merge application that combines data from the HIS system with a user-defined form to produce printed, faxed, imaged or emailed output, says the company.
