Oakwood Healthcare System (Dearborn, Mich.) is implementing the PatientKeeper Platform, PatientKeeper Physician Portal and PatientKeeper Mobile Clinical Results solutions from Newton, Mass.-based PatientKeeper, Inc.

With this software, clinicians will be able to access patient information across using different devices such as laptops and Smartphones, says the company. Data will be aggregated from multiple sources, including the hospital’s GE Centricity Enterprise system, ancillary systems such as PACS and EKG and eventually physician office systems.

Oakwood is a four-hospital, 1,281-bed, regional healthcare delivery system located in southeastern Michigan. The system serves about 1 million people in 35 communities.
