Portland, Ore.-based GreenField Health has implemented Microsoft's (Redmond, Wash.) HealthVault connectivity for its patients using Kryptiq’s (Hillsboro, Ore.) Patient Portal and Secure Messaging solutions.

According to the company, Kryptiq’s Connect IQ suite now allows patients to save secure messages and associated healthcare information to their HealthVault account. Patients may also view personal clinical information stored in HealthVault and send this information directly to their physician via secure messaging.

GreenField Health is using Connect IQ to enable patients to exchange information between their doctor’s office and their HealthVault account. According to the company, this is the first live implementation of connectivity between a clinical practice and Microsoft HealthVault.

GreenField Health is a consulting group and two-site medical clinic.
