Two key executives are leaving Chesterfield, Mo.-based Unibased Systems Architecture, Inc.

Barry M. Rundquist, founder and chairman, is retiring for personal reasons after 22 years of service. Rundquist will remain on the board of directors and retain his ownership position. He will be replaced as chairman and CEO by Larry Covington, who has been serving as president for several years.

Additionally, Senior Account Executive William J. Nicoll is stepping down. He will be succeeded by Jennifer N. Covington, who has been working with Nicoll over the past year.
