Dallas-based XactiMed, a provider of Web-based claims processing, remittance and denial management revenue cycle solutions, was named a Category Leader in the Claims Management Market Segment for the 2006 KLAS Awards.

In other XactiMed news, Seattle Children's Hospital and Regional Medical Center has implemented the company's claims and remittance management solutions. In a second recently signed deal, South Carolina?based Lexington Medical Center selected the vendor's revenue cycle solutions for electronic claims processing and claims management.
