Byers Stepping Down as athenahealth CFO

Watertown, Mass.-based athenahealth, Inc. has announced that Carl Byers will step down as CFO and senior vice president in early 2010.

Byers indicated that he will assist in the search for a new senior executive and will serve as long as needed to ensure an orderly transition, says the company.
