Franklin, Tenn.-based Passport Health Communications, Inc. has acquired RCM firm Nebo Systems, Inc. (Oakbrook Terrace, Ill.), along with its claims consulting and outsourcing subsidiary, Cosand Group.

Passport says it’s looking to combine Nebo’s claims management services, scripting capabilities and other tools with its own RCM technology and services to provide a comprehensive suite of products.

Details of the transaction, which closed in early May, were not disclosed.
