Yale-New Haven Hospital (New Haven, Conn.) has deployed Atlanta-based Eclipsys’ clinical information solutions including Sunrise Acute Care and Eclipsys Pharmacy.

The facility is now able to place all of its orders in Eclipsys’ CPOE system, which is designed to help enable physicians to follow established practices, according to the company.

Yale-New Haven Hospital is a 944-bed tertiary referral center which includes the 201-bed Yale-New Haven Children's Hospital and the 76-bed Yale-New Haven Psychiatric Hospital. It is the primary teaching hospital for Yale University School of Medicine.
