Mercury Computer Systems Inc. (MCS) (Chelmsford, Mass.) has recently formed Visage Imaging, its wholly owned subsidiary for the life sciences and medical businesses.

According to MCS, Visage Imaging is expected to deliver Mercury's imaging and visualization products and services to a roster of international and clinical partners.

The customizable solutions include tools for 2D, 3D, and 4D image interpretation, post-processing, and management and distribution that are not bound to specific workstations and are accessible directly within the PACS workflow, says the company.
