The board of directors of Optio Software Inc. (Alpharetta, Ga.) have decided to engage Healthcare Growth Partners LLC (Muskego, Wis.) to assist the company in reviewing strategic alternatives for its healthcare software division, including, but not limited to, the sale of the division.
According to Optio, it provides software solutions dedicated to automating, managing and controlling the lifecycle of document processes.
Healthcare Growth Partners provides strategic, operational and financial advisory services in a variety of engagement structures, says the company.
