Detroit Institute for Children Renews Outsourcing Deal

The Detroit Institute for Children (The DIC) signed a five-year renewal agreement with Detroit-based CareTech Solutions for outsourcing services, continuing a partnership that began in 2005.

Under the terms of the agreement, CareTech Solutions will continue to provide The DIC with a full range of IT services, including support of the facility’s service desk, applications, computer network, data center and telephony system, says the company.

The Detroit Institute for Children is a center of excellence providing comprehensive and multi-disciplinary care for children and young adults with special healthcare needs.
