Cedara Software, a Merge Healthcare company and a developer of medical software technologies, has introduced an orthopedic package for imaging companies.
According to Cedara, its OrthoWorks ProPlanner features several automated functions to streamline planning of common orthopedic procedures. ProPlanner is designed for integration into existing imaging platforms, such as picture archiving and communication systems (PACS), says the company.
OrthoWorks ProPlanner offers a digital solution for joint arthroscopy, trauma, and deformity correction, while also supporting surgical planning, templating, archiving and distribution, contends Cedara.
