Mercy Medical Center, a 445-bed hospital located in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, has implemented Quantifi from Pharmacy OneSource, Inc. (Bellevue, Wash.) to establish benchmarks and trending of clinical and quality pharmacy activities.

With this Web-based tool, Mercy pharmacists will be able to quickly document their clinical interventions, adverse events and adverse drug reactions through a series of menus, drop-lists, and input screens. Users will also be able to follow-up on their reports or the reports done by their peers, says the company.

Founded in 1900 by the Sisters of Mercy, Mercy Medical Center offers a wide range of patient services, including state-of-the art cancer care delivered at the American College of Surgeons (ACoS)-accredited Mercy Regional Cancer Center, it touts.
