Nashville, Tenn.-based AmSurg Corp. is rolling out the integrated EMR and enterprise practice management platform from Horsham, Pa.-based NextGen in its ambulatory surgery centers.

NextGen says its enterprise functionality will enable AmSurg to deliver applications to each of its surgery centers through a centrally hosted platform, providing consistency in the delivery of maintenance and upgrades.

AmSurg owns a majority interest in 170 ambulatory surgery centers across the United States with revenues in excess of $500 million.
