Wayne, Pa.-based MEDecision, Inc., a provider of collaborative health care management solutions, today announced that it has entered into a joint integration and marketing agreement with NaviNet (Cambridge, Mass.), America’s largest real-time communications network.

Under the partnership, health plans will be able to deliver MEDecision Patient Clinical Summaries (payer-based electronic health records) to any provider enrolled in the NaviNet Network, which includes 70 percent of the nation’s physicians, clinicians and other caregivers, located in all 50 states.

MEDecision data will be delivered directly into provider office workflow via NaviNet, giving physicians access to patient data at the time of service, and helping payers and providers increase administrative and operational efficiencies, control costs, and improve care coordination.
