East Texas Medical Automates Staffing

Athens, Texas-based East Texas Medical Center (ETMC) has chosen RES-Q Healthcare Systems' Labor Resource Management solution in an effort to automate staffing and scheduling for 350 hospital employees.

According to RES-Q (Calabasas, Calif.), the application is a Web-enabled, Windows-based, client/server software application designed to automate employee resource management. In addition, the software translates workload standards into specific staffing patterns by employee skill level, and calculates optimal staffing for all units and departments, by shift, across the enterprise, says RES-Q.
