New Hanover Regional Medical Center, a three-campus integrated health system based in Wilmington, N.C., has improved the performance and availability of its critical hospital systems using Compuware (Detroit) Vantage, according to the company.

Compuware Vantage was deployed to provide real-time visibility into the clinical experience, helping the hospital achieve 100 percent ROI in less than 18 months and build confidence in the IT organization’s ability to identify and resolve issues before they impact patient care, it says.

New Hanover Regional Medical Center serves seven counties in Southeastern North Carolina. In addition to its main campus, it offers hospital services at Cape Fear Hospital in Wilmington and Pender Memorial Hospital in Burgaw.
