    Lucey was an independent consultant and sales executive for Meditech and McKesson.

    Alpert was chief marketing officer and vice president of marketing to start-ups, turnarounds and roll-ups; private and publicly held companies; nationally and abroad, including Keyware Technologies, Travelco, Yahoo and National Financial Services.
