Dallas-based T-System, Inc. announced the availability of T-Data, an ED data analytics technology that converts information collected by T System’s EDIS into a database that can answer questions about ED performance and potential pathways for improvement.

The company says T-Data databases support Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services Software, enabling users to pose SQL queries based on the 500,000+ unique data elements in the T-Data system. The system is updated after each patient encounter is completed, ensuring that the most current data is available for review.

T-Data requires no additional licensing fees beyond the user’s existing T SystemEV contract, the company adds.
