Three hospitals in the Midwest have recently signed contracts with NovaRad Corporation. Under the terms of the agreement, American Fork, Utah-based NovaRad will provide all three hospitals with its image retrieval solution, NovaPACS.

Hospitals implementing NovaPACS include:
- 28-bed Shenandoah Memorial Hospital in Shenandoah, Iowa
- 53-bed Starke Memorial Hospital in Knox, Ind.
- 99-bed Western Plains Regional Hospital in Dodge City, Kan.

According to NovaRad, NovaPACS is an enterprise-level picture archiving and communication software (PACS) offering image retrieval, full-feature viewer with intuitive interface, and seven-year onsite archive with offsite emergency backup.
