Belgium-based Antwerp University Hospital has inked a deal for the delivery and installation of Agfa HealthCare’s (Mortsel, Belgium) IMPAX Cardiovascular solution

The contract will provide enterprise-wide access to cardiology patient records to meet the high volume diagnostic needs of the department and includes an eight-year service, maintenance and licensing agreement, says the company.

The Antwerp University Hospital in Belgium counts 38 specialized medical services and treats nearly 200,000 patients per year. The hospital has 2,500 employees.
