Brentwood, Tenn.-based Healthcare Performance Strategies (HPS) is unveiling its Operating Room Satisfaction Measurement Tool, a solution that captures input from surgeons through a five-minute survey and compiles real-time results that can be benchmarked against peers, says the company.

The measurement tool offers a snapshot of the overall satisfaction level in the operating room, allowing hospital administrators to proactively identify and address strengths and weaknesses and highlight opportunities to improve processes and position the facility to attract new surgical cases, it touts.

HPS is consulting a firm focused on assisting hospitals in improving delivery of anesthesia services, mitigating the impact of anesthesia subsidies and enhancing performance and profitability in the operating room.
