Rush University Medical Center of Chicago has selected CDW Healthcare (Vernon Hills, Ill.) to provide hardware technology in an effort to launch the initial phase of its Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
According to CDW, it helped to build, configure and test a point-of-care mobile computing system for Rush. The cart solution supports the medical center's EHR system as well as its clinical applications, including clinical documentation, medical administration and CPOE, the company says.
