Concord Hospital (N.H), a 295-bed regional medical center, is implementing Santa Monica, Calif.-based Orion Health’s Rhapsody Integration Engine to supplement and eventually replace its current solution, Sun Microsystems eGate.

According to the company, Rhapsody will serve as the hospital’s new platform to migrate, manage, and streamline message exchange for its health information system. Rhapsody’s system is expected to manage up to 200,000 messages per day for the hospital, and will present an easy migration path from existing integration engines, it says.
