Brighton, Colo., community hospital Platte Valley Medical Center has selected InnerWireless' Horizon, to wirelessly monitor patient vital signs.

Brighton, Colo., community hospital Platte Valley Medical Center has selected InnerWireless' Horizon, to wirelessly monitor patient vital signs.

According to Richardson, Texas-based InnerWireless, Horizon provides wireless coverage for services and applications including: WiFi, VoIP and first-responder communication.

InnerWireless says Platte's WiFi deployment plans include access in patient rooms, bedside admittance, registration and emergency department discharge, as well as a WiFi café.
