Quantros Acquires Medcast
San Francisco-based compliance software company, Quantros, has bought Cypress, Texas-based clinical utilization and financial analytic solutions company, Medcast Health Analytics.
Quantros says it plans to integrate Medcast technologies within its platform to provide healthcare organizations with what it touts is a new safety and quality performance impact analysis.
In addition, Quantros released a patient safety organization (PSO) manager application that it says provides a flexible data infrastructure to support the data aggregation and management requirements for organizations seeking PSO certification.
