He supports the EVPHA (our health CEO) directly in the areas of growth as well as targeting opportunities for inorganic growth (ie, hospital acquisitions). He is encouraging the health system also to build out an innovation pillar in our next 5 year strategic planning effort.

Dorian takes full advantage of working within a large public academic University, often working to build connections between the academic, research, clinical and service missions. Additionally, Dorian dedicates his time to teach a class on health care strategic planning to MHA students within the UK College of Public Health. He participates in SG2, Deloitte and Vizient conferences in order to share ideas and learn about the latest trends.
