Summary
Clinicians face significant stress and burnout, with high workloads and administrative burdens taking a toll on their well-being. Due to a lack in electronic health record (EHR) functionality combined with extensive payor requirements, documentation is extremely burdensome, requiring extensive time and effort. However, advances in natural language processing (NLP), generative AI, and ambient voice technology offer promising solutions to alleviate clinician burnout and improve patient care outcomes.
In this webinar, join Patrick Higley, Vice President at AVIA's Center for Operational Transformation, and Josh Hjelmstad, Senior Manager at AVIA, as they explore the potential of voice technology and AI in revolutionizing clinical documentation. Discover how NLP algorithms can capture and synthesize medically-relevant data points, reducing the time and effort required for documentation tasks. Learn how ambient voice technology can free up valuable time for clinicians to focus on complex care delivery.
Key webinar takeaways include:
- Understanding the impact of clinical documentation on clinician burnout
- Exploring the capabilities of NLP and ambient voice technology in streamlining documentation workflows
