Erin is a seasoned Senior Enterprise Architect and the Field CNIO at ServiceNow. With over 20 years of experience in Clinical Care, Healthcare Management, and Healthcare Informatics, she has held significant roles at McKesson, Johnson & Johnson, and Pega Healthcare, developing clinical software to improve patient care and clinician experience. Erin holds a Master’s in Clinical Informatics and multiple certifications, including Agile Product Owner and Architecture Excellence. Her career highlights include managing a 100-bed NICU at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and developing InterQual content at McKesson. Erin is also a TBM Board Member, a NJ Reserve Medical Corps Nurse, and is pursuing a certificate in AI in Healthcare from Stanford University.
