Notably, he designed the FAST (Finance, Analytics, Strategy Tool) platform — a real-time financial and operational analytics system that is a foundational component of peri-operative strategy, driving improvements in OR utilization, margin generation, and data-driven decision-making. As a physician, Dr. Ray is committed to fostering a more compassionate, patient-centered approach to pain management, blending empathetic care with technological advancements. He holds advanced degrees in medicine, business, and clinical informatics from esteemed institutions, including the University of Chicago, North Carolina State University, and Duke University
