Joerg Schwarz is an accomplished leader in healthcare interoperability, currently serving as Senior Director for Healthcare Interoperability Solutions and Strategy at Infor. With over 25 years of experience, Schwarz has a robust background in healthcare IT and a specialized focus on interoperability solutions that enhance data exchange across healthcare ecosystems. Before joining Infor, Schwarz held leadership roles at major healthcare organizations, including GE Healthcare and Agfa Healthcare, where he was instrumental in developing solutions for medical image and document exchange, as well as integrated care. His career also includes key positions at specialized healthcare firms like NextGate, where he contributed to EMPI (Enterprise Master Patient Index) solutions, and Audacious Inquiry, known for its ADT data intermediary services.

Charlie Harp is the founder and CEO of Clinical Architecture, an industry leading healthcare data quality solutions provider. Charlie has over 30 years of experience as a healthcare software engineer and systems architect focused on creating tools to better utilize and understand data. Through this work he saw a need within the healthcare industry for reliable, accurate and interoperable patient data to support clinical decision-making, research and operational initiatives. Charlie led his team at Clinical Architecture to design and develop the first deterministic, configurable and algorithm-based engine for automating semantic interoperability to answer this need.  A recognized industry leader, Charlie regularly speaks on topics such as interoperability, data quality, and emerging trends in healthcare data management at events including AMIA, ASTP/ONC, HIMSS, and ViVE. He is the host of the Informonster podcast where he shares his insights and brings together guests to discuss a range of healthcare IT topics.
