She holds both a Bachelor’s in Nursing and a Master’s in Business Administration and is currently pursuing her doctorate at UCSF. Kay is committed to the specialty of Nursing Informatics and the enablement of high quality care delivery through the use of artificial intelligence, digital health tools, and healthcare technology.

Amanda Feild

Amanda is an innovative and outcome-oriented leader with a reputation for improving and sustaining top quality patient care. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Integrative Physiology from the University of Colorado, a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from Creighton University, and a Master’s Degree in Nursing Leadership from Regis University as well as is Nurse Executive Board Certified through American Nurses Credentialing Center. Amanda has received numerous accolades throughout her career, including 2023 Women in Medicine, a two-time Regional Nightingale Luminary Award Recipient, and has given national presentations for Becker’s Healthcare, HealthLinx, American Organization of Nursing Leaders, and Magnet.
